Leaf Portal Analysis School is the data controller for personal information sent through this website and by email to hello@portalleaf.click.

What we collect

Enquiry forms collect your name, email, chosen session, optional site name, and message. Bookings may later include invoice details, participant names for lunch counts, and access contacts for host-site walks.

Why we hold it

We use the information to reply, schedule rooms, issue invoices, and keep a record of maps we photographed for you. We do not sell lists.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted after twenty-four months. Invoices and participant lists are kept for seven years to meet Thai accounting practice. Photographs of your wall map are kept for three years unless you ask for earlier deletion.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, or delete personal data we hold, or to restrict how we use it, by writing to hello@portalleaf.click. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.

International transfers

Email and website hosting may store copies outside Thailand. We choose hosts that contract to protect personal data at a level comparable to the PDPA.
