These terms govern enrolment in workshops, walks, briefings, and map reviews offered by Leaf Portal Analysis School (“the school”), whose studio is at the address published on this site. By submitting an enquiry or paying a deposit you accept them.

Instruction, not a licence

Sessions teach a paper method for naming infrastructure dependencies. They do not constitute engineering certification, a construction permit, or an opinion suitable for filing with a regulator unless a separate written engagement says so.

Intellectual property

Overlay methods, legends, and teaching notes remain the school’s copyright. Photographs of a map that depicts your site belong to you for internal use. You may not republish teaching notes as your own course.

Host-site safety

When we walk your yard, you remain responsible for permits, PPE, escorts, and lock-out rules. We may refuse a walk that lacks a competent escort.

Liability

To the extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, the school is not liable for indirect loss, lost production, or decisions you take after a session. Our aggregate liability for a booked session is limited to the fees you paid for that session.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Lamphun Province have jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved in writing within thirty days.

Changes

We may update these terms on this page. The version dated on the day you pay a deposit applies to that booking.
