Refunds and date changes

Write to hello@portalleaf.click to request a refund or to move a booked session. Name the invoice number and the session date.

Deposits

A deposit of thirty percent confirms a workshop week or a reserved walk day. The deposit is refundable in full if you cancel in writing at least twenty-one days before the first session day.

Full and partial refunds

Cancellations between twenty and eight days before the first day receive fifty percent of fees already paid, minus the cost of printed maps already ordered. Cancellations inside seven days are not refundable except where the school cancels, in which case you receive a full refund of sums paid.

Rescheduling

You may move a studio week once, subject to room availability, if you give fourteen days’ notice. Host-site walks moved inside seven days may carry a fresh travel charge from Lampoon.

No-shows and late arrivals

If no participant arrives within ninety minutes of the published start, the day is treated as delivered. Partial attendance does not reduce the fee.

Work already started

Once overlay sheets are on the wall or a walk has begun, fees for that day stand. Unused later days of a four-day week may be discussed if weather or a site shutdown stops the walk; those days can be restacked within three months or refunded at fifty percent.

Materials

Printed cadastral enlargements ordered for your site are not returnable once printed. Facilitator travel already spent is deducted from any refund.

How money returns

Approved refunds go back by the original bank transfer within fifteen working days. We do not refund in cash at the studio.
