Four days on one wall
This page describes the flagship workshop week so you can judge whether your crew can spare four consecutive weekdays. The commercial booking still sits under Sessions.
Monday — names and owners
We pin a base plan, agree four overlay colours, and write every asset the group can see from memory. Gaps become a walking list for Tuesday if you are on a host site, or a photograph list if you are in the studio with plans you brought.
Tuesday — upstream
Arrows run toward each named object: which tank, which feeder, which gate, which radio repeater. Unnamed parents stay in pencil until someone claims them.
Wednesday — downstream
We reverse the arrows. If the hill pump stops, which ward, mill line, or cattle trough notices first. Downstream is where polite diagrams usually lie.
Thursday — one cut
A quiet tabletop follows a single plausible cut across the finished paper. Phone numbers that belong on the map are written in ink. The photographed wall is emailed before people leave for the bus.
