Infrastructure dependency mapping workshop
A facilitated classroom week in Lamphun where operators and planners draw how water, power, access roads, and communications actually lean on one another.
Who it is for
Utility planners, municipal works officers, estate managers, and safety leads who must explain what fails when one pipe, feeder, or gate is taken out of service.
What you leave with
A wall-sized dependency map of a named site, a written list of single points of failure, and a walk-through script the team can reuse with new staff.
Included
Facilitation, printed base maps, coloured overlay sheets, a glossary of local terms, lunch on studio days, and a photographed copy of the finished map.
Not included
Legal engineering stamps, construction drawings, software licences, and overnight travel outside Lamphun unless contracted separately.
Who leads the room
Senior instructor from Leaf Portal Analysis School, with a co-facilitator when the group exceeds eight people.
How the four days run
Day 1 names assets and owners. Day 2 traces upstream feeds. Day 3 traces downstream consequences. Day 4 stress-tests the map with a tabletop outage and records who must be called.
How to prepare
Bring a site plan, a list of known outages from the last two years, and one person who can speak for each major system (water, electricity, access, communications).
Limits we set in advance
Thai and English spoken in the room. Groups larger than 14 split across two maps. Hazardous plant visits need host permits.

Four consecutive weekdays, 09:00–16:00 School studio, Baan Klang, Muang Lampoon, or a host site in northern Thailand
How fees are set
Quoted per cohort (up to 14 people). Travel, extra facilitators, and Thai–English interpretation beyond the usual bilingual room are quoted separately.
